Solve the problem of choosing materials for coastal constructions

Longevity is one of the most concerning criteria of building materials in general and interior materials in particular. In particular, climatic factors have the most adverse impact on material life and are difficult to control. Most of the materials applied in the tropics have a lower life expectancy than the temperate zone, so the tropicalization of the material has become a global goal.

According to investors, the income level of Vietnamese people is improving day by day, the middle class will impact deeply on the resort real estate market.

Besides, Vietnam has more than 90% of the population looking to the coastal areas for relaxation thanks to its diversified natural resources system, abundant marine creatures, and modern recreational services. This is having a strong impact on the market of construction materials as well as interior finishing materials.

The climate in Vietnam is a major obstacle to construction materials, especially the lines of building finishing materials such as interior materials. With a harsh climate, the house will suffer many impacts, causing the problem of peeling, mold, water leakage… That forces people who research in the building materials field to find out quality materials that guarantee, long life as well as aesthetic requirements.

Excellent for offices, workplaces, government buildings, community centers, and museums

At An Phat Holdings, we are especially interested in R&D, market research, analysis, testing, and evaluation of materials for the production of interior materials, conducting product improvements, and launching new products. AnPro floor has a special structure of 5 layers including underlayment, SPC rigid core layer; Decorative printing; Transparent coating; UV coating.

In particular, the SPC rigid core layer is considered the most important layer, with thickness up to 4 – 6 mm, is considered as the “backbone” of the product. The main ingredients of superfine stone powder, high-class plastic, and stabilizer are blended with the right ratios, preventing AnPro floor from warping when temperature changes, its bearing capacity, and elasticity.

Especially resistant to fire spread. Besides, the SPC rigid core layer also greatly determines the product’s lifetime. The main ingredient is superfine stone powder, it helps to extend product life up to 15–20 years.

AnPro has met the most stringent international standards including FloorScore, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) certification. To achieve this standard, AnPro had to go through the rigorous product and facility production control process, on-site audits, and product emission testing. Especially, FloorScore standards are applicable in the US market.

According to European standards, AnPro has also passed CE Marking certification for fire resistance, slip resistance, Formaldehyde emission, and insulation.

Besides, AnPro has archived a series of global standards such as SGS: Critical Radiant Flux ASTM E648 – Limiting fire spread; Static Coefficient ASTM D2047-17 – slip resistance; Wear Layer Thickness ASTM F410- 8 – abrasion resistance.
