Inside AnPro factory floor – green material for sustainable development

With investment in modern machines and technology, AnPro’s floor factory located in An Phat Complex, Hai Duong province is considered a model closed floor factory for sustainable development in Vietnam.

Officially inaugurated and put into operation in 2018, AnPro floor factory has a total area of ​​28,000 m2, a capacity of 4.5 million m2 / year.

To meet domestic demand while increasing export volume to major markets such as the US, Europe, and other countries in the ASEAN region, the factory is planning to further expand the scale of the area and capacity manufacturing.

Inside the production plant is divided into many different areas. Most of the equipment and machinery used in the production line are supplied from Europe and Japan. Production lines are automated up to 80%, contributing to increased accuracy and reduced labor force for workers.

The factory area is designed and built according to the international standards of the quality management system ISO 9000: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 on the environmental management system.

The system is operated completely and precisely according to European standards, creating a working environment with less dust, less smell of raw materials, friendly people, and ensuring environment. In particular, the factory always complies with 5S regulations during operation to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Each finished product, after the production is completed, will go through many stages of quality control before being shipped. The factory also owns a Lab with a modern equipment system to continuously improve and improve product quality.

Investing in factories, researching and manufacturing large-scale and modern products in Hai Duong province, AnPro not only contributes to creating confidence for Vietnamese consumers to support domestically produced products but also Export to major markets such as the US, Europe, and other countries in the ASEAN region according to AnPro’s joint plan.
